Yoga encourages and builds self-confidence in a playful way, focusing on increasing concentration, focus and attention spans. Most activities promote being less reactive and more mindful of thoughts, words and actions, and regulating one’s emotions (good and bad).
Yoga helps children boost their self-confidence, building a positive self-image. A child who learns yoga, mindfulness and relaxation tends to develop essential skills for a lifetime of health and wellness. Physically, it builds strength and flexibility and requires no special equipment.
For students of all ages, with content delivered in an age-appropriate manner.
